I have been guest of this hotel in the past on a business trip to Brussels and I had been really satisfied, so I decided to choose it again at the first opportunity. As I was really tired after an early morning wake up to catch my flight I asked for a quiet room and I got one in the dependance. The room was up to my expectations, clean, spacious, properly equipped, with good wifi coverage and, of course, quiet, allowing me to sleep comfortably without being annoyed by traffic and other guests. The hotel is very well kept and everything is in working order. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was good, I could find everything I wanted and coffee was much better than standard hotel black coffee. The location is perfect for business and leisure trips, the hotel is not far from the Cathedral and downtown Brussels, metro is within walking distance and there are many restaurants and shops nearby. Taking into account the price that I paid for the two nights, I can recommend this hotel and I will take it into account for my future trips.

I spent a long time searching for a hotel in Brussels and read many reviews. I chose the hotel based on its location and good reviews, and it exceeded my expectations. I had a night flight and arrived early in the morning, tired from the journey. I went to the hotel to drop off my luggage and grab something to eat. However, I was pleasantly surprised at the reception when they said they would check if my room was already available and cleaned, and would let me check in early. And I got lucky! They checked me in before the official check-in time, for which I am very grateful to the hotel staff. What I also like there: - The beautiful and cozy building both inside and outside, the clean rooms, and the great location. - Public transport stops were within walking distance in all directions - metro, tram, and bus. - The bed was large and comfortable, and the room was cleaned every day. - The breakfast was delicious and fresh. Thank you for the excellent service. I am ready to stay here again.

I had a lovely room. I landed on Charleroi airport and took Flibco bus to Midi Zuid Station for approximately 55minutes. The hotel is not far away from Midi Zuid station. On the first day to reach the hotel i took Uber from Midi Zuid Station and paid below the 20EURO. Then I came to know there is a metro station at Midi Zuid station as well from where I could take a metro to a stop nearby the hotel, however i didnt tried it out as I had kids with me. The staff was nice, especially the receptionists. Room was clean and they cleaned it daily. Most of the visiting stuff is also not so far away from the City Centre for example the royal palace, grand place and all. Very easy to figure out with navigation or if you ask people passing by they will explain you the routes. 15 20 minutes distance sometimes sounds a lot but trust me when you are exploring these minutes look nothing and you enjoy! Thank you Hotel Du Congres!

The hotel has a lift, 24 hour reception and breakfast starts at 6.00! that is very positive for travelers! It is situated on the hill in the center of Bruxels. Very soft bed, kettle with coffee and tea. The breakfast is rich, with different fruits, traditional yogurts (various), perfect bread, croissants and so on... Eggs you can boil as you want or take prepared, pancakes, sausages and potato pie..... Waiters bring coffee and whatever else you need. No need to get up and go get it during the meal. Tables are well set. The best option money-quality!

The staff was helpful and friendly, I arrived before the check-in and they held my backpack for me. They also did this after I checked-out as I couldn't carry my backpack with me. The room was small but had everything I needed (including a decaf instant coffee which was a massive win, as a decaf drinker!), and the bedsheet were soooo soft. The hotel was also in a great location, at walking distance from the city center (roughly 20 minutes). Finally, breakfast was also good and there were a lot of options!
